API connectivity
When retail compliance is key, fixture control counts. With Consilio’s API integration, managing multiple field teams and third-party suppliers for universal compliance comes from built-in systems flexibility.
Delivering compliance across multiple fixture retail estates
Central to this is cross-platform integration and the ability to connect via API interfaces. This means that customer and supplier systems can talk to each other through a single point of truth – Consilio.
Information is shared through tickets created for stores and or fixtures, and contain defined fields to isolate the areas that need to be amended. Tickets include detailed information, from subject line to category and severity of impact, with text fields for added context and imagery.
Connecting the dots seamlessly for systems and users
Consilio’s planogram fixture compliance tool also generates tickets automatically when SKUs are flagged as non-compliant. You’re prompted to add descriptions, categories and images to clarify the issue, before the ticket is shared across internal user profiles. This allows non-compliance issues to be escalated to single or multiple users according to categories including damaged or missing equipment, furniture or devices. Each project and category has pre-set severity levels that can be flagged from low to high.
Consilio acts as a data gathering resource for dedicated helpdesks. Sending tickets and retrieving updates gives partners control over their remote systems. By sharing updates across API connections, tickets can be collated for users to see progress updates and reply to messages all in one place.
The partner helpdesk functions as communication control, with messages and tickets shared with suppliers and field teams for a 360 view of the retail estate.
Future-facing compatibility for detailed control
Consilio is compatible with Jitbit and Momentum’s Insite tool and is currently used to manage the content of 3D interactive chat bots developed by big group.
With secure, seamless connectivity linking supplier and third-party systems, Consilio gives marketers control over organisation and process from a single source. In a fast-moving retail environment with multiple variables and outlets, visibility across display and compliance is key to brand consistency and reputation.
Designed with future expansion in mind, Consilio has built in flexibility of data retrieval – all based around its capacity to talk to other systems via API. This makes it an asset that continuously moves with the data to give a detailed picture of retail fixtures across dynamic estates.
