To ensure brand assets of newly introduced products are shared in a safe, secure and efficient manner, our clients required a solution that strengthened their confidence when sending and tracking shared retail assets across the Consilio platform.
The solution: implementing digital watermarking software
Built on top of our existing Consilio portal, we integrated an innovative, invisible digital watermarking solution of state-of-the-art IMATag retail asset protection. This effective security method applies an invisible modification of pixels (the ‘watermark’) which is perceptually shaped to remain undetectable to the human eye and requires an encryption key to decode.
By design, the digital watermark cannot be reverse-engineered or removed, yet it remains detectable after compression, scaling, cropping and even screenshotting.
Alongside an intuitive UX with simple navigation, our highly selective permission allocations enable you to share specific assets with designated individuals.

The results: protecting the brand
Beyond a more engaging visualisation of the launch assets, channel partners can now easily locate and access secure retail assets. Additionally, where IMATag protection (Supports JPG, PNG and MP4) is not available we have access control to restricted the number of users with access to source files such as PSD files and other assets, ensuring that only a select number of verified users can view them.
